SharePoint Integration (Automation Module)

With the Automation Modules COM Object support network administrators can integrate delegated help desk control via web pages and SharePoint.

SharePoint integration can be achieved by creating Delegated Forms with the Delegation Module and COM Object support from the Automation Module. To execute a Delegated Form you need to provide input data, such as First Name and Last Name. This type of data is pushed to the Delegation Form by connecting an ASP form page to the Delegation Form using COM Objects.
